一、背景情况介绍:

凤翔金隅冀东水泥有限公司目前有一条5000t/d水泥熟料生产线,设计配套

9MW纯低温余热发电。余热发电机组冷却循环系统为开式循环系统,补水为当地水库水,并有50%经过反渗透系统处理后进入循环水系统,同时循环系统还采用化学药剂处理系统防垢和杀菌灭藻。采用机械通风冷却塔,设计进出口温差10℃,塔下设有集水池。水池侧设有循环水泵房一座(非下沉式),内设三台循环水泵,一般两开一备,系统循环流量约2100m3/h。

二、技改方案:

该余热发电循环水,为厂区主要用水和排水系统。为了提高机组运行效率和贯彻节能减排实现集团零排放的要求,于20208月初在泵后支管上安装三套海卓帕斯水处理器,采用物理技术替代原有化学水处理,对厂区的余热发电冷却水系统进行物理技术超低排放技术改造。



同时,海卓帕斯智能监控系统的状态监控传输至现场集控中心,在监控画面上可以监控海卓帕斯水处理设备工作状态,控制水处理设备启停。

从以上运行参数曲线可以看出,随着机组发电量和进水温度的变化,真空随之波动,端差基本稳定。

挂片保持了基本良好的状态。

四、阶段小结:

1、20217-9月,余热发电机组运行稳定,未发现明显问题;

2、循环水浓缩倍数有所增加,但硬度碱度没有随之提升,说明碳酸钙结晶数量增加。

3、结合以上两点现象,可以判断在海卓帕斯电磁场作用下,现场碳酸钙的结晶形式为文石碳酸钙(软垢结晶形式和期望一致。

4、如果还有更多减排要求,现场水处理设备可以继续配合水质浓度的提升。
