I. Introduction to Background Information:
Fengxiang Jinyu Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. currently has a 5000t/d Cement clinker production line, designed to be equipped with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation。 The cooling circulation system of the waste heat power generation unit is an open-loop system, with makeup water sourced from the local reservoir, and 50% of it is treated by a reverse osmosis system before entering the circulation water system, At the same time, the circulation system also uses chemical agents to prevent scaling and to disinfect and kill algae. Using a mechanically ventilated cooling tower, the design includes a collection of 10 ℃, tanks under the tower for the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet。 A circulation pump room (non-sunken), is located on the side of the pool, equipped with three circulation pumps, Generally, two open and one standby, with a system circulation flow of about 2100 m3/h.
II. Technical Improvement Plan:
The waste heat power generation circulating water is the main water supply and drainage system for the plant area. To improve the operational efficiency of the unit and implement energy conservation and emission reduction to achieve the group's zero emissions requirements, Aug 2020 At the beginning of the month, three Como water processors were installed on the pump's rear branch pipe, using physical technology to replace the original chemical water treatment. This is part of the physical technology ultra-low emission retrofit of the plant's waste heat power generation cooling water system。
At the same time, the status monitoring of the Como intelligent monitoring system is transmitted to the on-site centralized control centre. The operation status of the Como water treatment equipment can be monitored on the screen, and the operation and shutdown of the water treatment equipment can be controlled。

It can be observed from the above water quality data curves that the concentration ratio has risen significantly (emission reduction and increased ion concentration), while the ratios of hardness and alkalinity have remained unchanged. This change is in line with the crystallization induction technology of calcium carbonate by the Como electromagnetic field.
IV. Phase Summary:
1、2021 Jul-Sep The waste heat power generation unit is operating stably, and no significant issues have been found;
2、The concentration ratio of the circulating water has increased, but the hardness and alkalinity have not risen accordingly, indicating an increase in the number of calcium carbonate crystals。
3、Based on the above two phenomena, it can be concluded that under the influence of the Como electromagnetic field, the crystallization form of calcium carbonate on-site is aragonite (soft scale), The crystal form is consistent with expectations。
4、If there are more emission reduction requirements, the on-site water treatment equipment can continue to adapt to the increase in water quality concentration。
